In our complex thermo-SPA is represented in three forms of SPA-baths: Russian bath, Turkish bath-hammam and Roman thermas.

Baths use warmth, the most pleasant factor for a human organism. Warmth acts softly and relaxingly and produces a universal revitalizing effect. High temperature stirs up the work of sweat glands. Along with the sweat all slags and toxins are removed from the body. As a result, kidneys work better, salt-water exchange improves, and skin becomes firm and silky.
Bathing normalizes exchange processes, which improves the uptake of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and mineral elements. Alternation of high and low temperatures has a wholesome effect on cardiovascular system.
Russian bath has no equal. After you have taken a steam bath, dipped into a font with herbal decoctions, poured cold water over yourself, drunk fresh kvass, you will feel full of energy.

The prices of SPA-centre’s extramural services, in accordance with the current price-list, do not include the cost of the specialists’ two-way transportation. Cost of the services, rendered by the SPA-centre at nighttime, increases as follows: from 21:00 till 24:00 prices increase by 20% from 24:00 till 07:00 prices increase by 40% If a specialist or administrator has to wait for a guest after 21:00, the guest is additionally charged 500 roubles per hour for each specialist.
